I truly believe that the 5 words I use to describe myself at the top of the page are the best qualities required for us to work together. Over the years of working with many many families has enabled me to develop these qualities further. If you are on my webpage then it is likely that your baby or child is not sleeping well. After hours of scrolling through the internet in the middle of the night looking for answers or taking advice from family and friends, or even experiencing conflicting advice from professionals and nothing has worked then now is the time for it to stop!!. The great news is, that by allowing me to guide and support you through this incredibly difficult time, we can achieve success together. Believe me, I know exactly what you are going through. Parenting 2 young boys and tackling sleep regressions, issues and putting in gentle sleep strategies into place, I know from personal experience it works. With my experience in perinatal mental health I truly believe A Happy parent = A Happy Baby A Happy Parent - is one that gets sufficient sleep!! I Look forward to hearing from you and working together to gain the sleep goal you need!!
